Answer:
Jim,
With the Acoustic Research wireless speakers we carry, you are able to sync two speakers to one transmitter.

Answer:
Hi Jim:
Note the speakers are not sold seperately only in kit form where you get a transmitter and receiver togeteher. You will end up with an extra transmitter to save for backup. You have choice of setting one speaker for right and the second speaker for left to have true right and left stereo seperation. You can also set the speakers to Mono so they each receive a full range signal without stereo seperation. This comes in handy if you will not be sitting in a critical listening position all the time. You should try it both ways to find the ideal setting for your application.

So easily a 4 x 4 Fence PostBy Richard Rowe from Jacksonville, Illinois on November 21, 2011
I have an 18'x22' boat dock at the foot of the hill about 200' from my house. Is there such a thing as a booster that would cleanly amplify the signal? AND, I would like to place a speaker on each of the four corners of the railing... is there a transmitter capable of transmitting quadrophinc, or at least stereophonic, signals to the speakers? Thank you very much for any assistance which you provide.
Sincerely,
-Richard Rowe

Answer:
The Post Topper speaker is sold individually with its own transmitter. The speaker has a Right/Mono/Left switch that allows you to use a single transmitter with multiple speakers (set two of the speakers to R and the other two to L). The 200 feet should not be a problem as long as the speakers can see the antenna on top of the transmitter. I would suggest purchasing one unit and testing it for signal strength. If one works, multiple speakers will work as well. For further questions please contact AR directly (a division of Audiovox) http://www.audiovox.com/
