I read the reviews and bought a pair. I had a guy, that professionally installs audio/video systems for a living, hook up these A525's to an 8 year old Pioneer amplified receiver in my backyard and he was impressed at how clear the speakers sounded when the volume was turned up. I previously used my Pioneer RECEIVER with Bose surround sound speakers at a backyard party and these A525 Speakers sound as good/BETTER! Buy these A525 speakers - you will be very satisfied. There was a slight discrepency in my original order, and I had to contact customer service three times to find out that they had resolved it. The good news is that they had taken action right away and the item had already been processed for shipment. I just wish that someone had sent me an email or called to let me know that they had done so (as they had promised). With that said the price and quality of their products are exceptional. I received my AW525 speakers last week in the mail, which were delivered promptly, by the way. I have hooked these up in our patio, which is fairly spacious. they are currently floor mounted, against the exterior wall of the house. I can tell you that I am very pleasantly surprised by the rich sound that these relatively small, 5 1/4 inch woofer babies can produce. great value for the money. I am considering getting another pair for indoors, and cannot help but wonder what the AW650's might sound like! - Sanjay

Just installed a pair of A525's in our "Florida room." As a musician, I appreciate their fantastic sound quality, from crystal clear highs to solid lows. I almost bought a pair of Bose 151's at Sam's Club, but I'm glad I chose these instead...for half the price! Fine product! - Rick

I needed quality speakers to match a series of five decks that are just nearing completion off the back of a large two-story house facing the mountain. My speakers arrived in only three days, I hooked them up to an Onkyo Receiver--two speakers on the hot-tub deck and two on the main deck closest to the house. The sound is amazing--as clear as I've ever heard from any Bose system. Plenty of volume too. Let's just say "the hills are alive!" - James

I just purchased 2 sets of these speakers and i'm very happy that i did. I am also very impressed with the customer service i received, as i mis-ordered and purchased the AP850's not realizing how big they are (didn't look at the dimensions). After explaining this to customer support they waived the restocking fee and helped me out on shipping for a new order. Great Speakers great service! - Gary

Just installed these speakers outside and I settled on the A525's based upon the reviews here. Now I know why they are almost all 5 stars. Very impressive sound quality, easy installation and fast delivery. The only complaint is that no hardware was included in my box (black screws, washers etc. to match the black speakers) so I had to make an unexpected trip to HD. Highly recommended! - Jeff

I was a little skeptical about these speakers because of all of the good reviews. Usually if something sounds too good to be true, it is. After buying the A525 I couldn't be more pleased! We purchased the AW525s two weeks ago and installed them last Friday. We mounted the speakers on the brick, exterior wall of our house, very solid brackets. The sound on these AW525 speakers was great at the wedding anniversary we hosted on Saturday. The sound is great 50 feet out into the backyard. I'm only using a 50 W Onkyo receiver, so the results are surprising and pleasing. Maybe, we need a second pair for the spa patio area, too??? - Al

I just hooked up my A525's and I am very impressed with the sound quality. I read all the reviews and I can say that not one of them were lying about these speakers. I went to one of the "big box stores" they had higher priced speakers but they didn't match the sound at any listening level. Great product, price, and as other people stated I got the upgraded pair at the cheaper price because the ones I ordered were out of stock. - Paul

I purchased two pairs of these A525 speakers - for two zones patio and pool- absolutely excellent sound - great bass response and most importantly weather proof. These speakers are on par or better with speakers priced at $275 pair and up. My PC controls the system utilizing a Audio Source AMP 100 (2 channel amplifier with auto switching dual inputs- for two independent zones - 2 speakers in stereo for each zone) - I also purchased this from Outdoorspeaker depot - great company- fast shipper- great products. I also recommend the 4 wire outdor burial speaker wire from this site. - Dr JAB

I really like the AW525 Speakers. The sound quality is better than the Bose outdoor speakers that a friend of mine has. They have a more throaty & refined quality, especially at higher listening levels A great value - Ed

These are great outdoor speakers for mid size space. The bass reproduction exceed my expectation, I listen Infinity, JBL and Bose, with exception to Niles. But Niles is three time more expensive. Overall, they are the best sounding outdoor speaker I could find in its class. The construction and finish is nice, and all the parts and accessories feel solid and well made. Very please with the purchase and would recommend them. - Jensen

Recently my wife got water in my marantz 2238b tube amp and blew it up. i purchased a audio source amp and a pair of 525's from this site. I have 2 pair of Bose 151 for years. i bought a pair for 525's for my yard, they blow the grills off the Bose 151's , with a pair of JBL L112's and the 525's ,my home is the BOMB, you have to come by and listen!!!!!!!!! - Rick
