Shipping Time and Sales Tax

 . We ship everything from our own facility at Orange County, California.

. Orders received by 3:00 PM Pacific Time, M-F ship the same day.
. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation directly from UPS  that confirms the shipment and provides the tracking number(s) and day of delivery.
. Sales tax is only added to orders shipping to a California address.

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee after you receive your order which ever is the longest on all items purchased from our catalog or web site. If you are not happy with the product we will refund your money in full under the following conditions:

1. You must email Customer Service at RMA@outdoorspeakerdepot.com for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

2.  Product must be in it's original condition, UNDAMAGED & IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.

3.  All parts/components must be returned.

4.  Wrap and package all parts carefully to avoid any damage.  Any restocking fees will be assessed at the time of the return.  All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any damage or worn items are not eligible for any credit refund. Outdoor Speaker Depot manufactures and distributes a high quality product and your satisfaction is our goal.

RMA Procedure

If you have defective products need to be serviced, please repeat above step 1 to step 4.
