How long does it take to ship a package?
We ship orders the same day if it's placed before 3pm Pacific time unless otherwise stated in the product description. You will get a tracking number for your order the next business day. Our logistic warehouse is located in Southern California. The ground shipping time table for UPS is posted below. Our orders are primarily shipped through UPS and occasionally through USPS.




How much is shipping?
Shipping costs can be calculated directly by inputting your order and address and selecting confirm. The exact shipping amount and any applicable taxes will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. The order will NOT be placed until you enter your credit card information and confirm the order.
How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are usually sent to your email account 1 business day after the order is shipped. Simply click on the link provided and it will connect you to the UPS shipment tracking information or you can go to Order Status / Tracking Order page.
Can I make changed to an order that has already been placed?
Yes if it within 1-2 hours from the time of purchase. We can't guarantee that we would be able to accommodate you due to the fact that we ship out hundreds of orders daily. It's best to double check your order and make sure all quantities, part numbers and color options are correct before submitting in the order.
Can I pick-up my order?
Yes, if you would like to pick up your order at our Brea location please select 'Will Call' under the shipping options. If the order is placed before 3 PM the order can be picked up the next day. If you would like to pick it up at a later date, you can specify a pick-up time (within our regular office hours) in the comments section of the order form. At present, the Brea location is the only pick-up location available.
Can I listen to the speakers before I purchase them?
Yes, if you are in the Southern California area and would like to visit our factory store, we can play selected speakers for sample listening. Please refer to our address and office hours above. If you're not able to come to our office, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all our products. If you're not happy with the sound you can send them back for a full refund of the product price.
Can I place the order over the phone?
All of our orders are placed on our website. If you are having trouble placing an order on our site or do not have access to the internet, we'd be happy to place the order for you over the phone onto our website during our office hours. What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your outdoor sound product within 30 days after its delivery, it is returnable for full refund. Please email rma@outdoorspeakerdepot.com for a return authorization number. We will respond to your email within 24 hrs during regular business days. Once receiving the return unit(s), in good condition with all the packaging boxes, we will credit your account. This does not include shipping costs unless it is our service failure. ** We are not responsible for goods damaged in return shipping or lost packages so please ensure items are packed securely and insurance is purchased on the item in case it gets lost. Registering the package can also guarantee proof of acceptance.

Orders placed by check must be mailed to our office (775 Columbia St, BREA, CA, 92821) with a copy of the full order and all shipping details. The order will not be processed until the check is cleared.
What is the warranty on your products?
All our products have a Limited Manufacturer Warranty unless otherwise stated on the site. Please check the product description for extend warranty from different makers. If any product proves defective in materials or workmanship within one year of purchase, we will arrange for repair or replacement, unless otherwise stated in the product description. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from negligence, accident, misuse or light bulb replacement in the lighting units. Please retain your dated sales receipt and call 562-697-2600 for a return authorization number and shipping information. As these are electronic items their lifespan is increased by the amount care in their treatment. They are best covered in severe winter and rain conditions. Sunlight and heat are not a problem.

Are the speakers sold in pair or single?
A: Unit of measure will be designated for each model.
What size wire would you recommend?
16 gauge direct burial wire speaker wire is recommended for runs up to 100 ft., 14 gauge for over 100 ft and 12 gauge for 200 ft or longer.
How far should the outdoor speakers be apart?
Typically, the ratio for outdoor speaker sound broadcast range based upon the SPL (sound pressure level) of the speakers used an average ambient background noise, is 30-60 ft. any speakers under 100 watts are typically expected to perform satisfactorily in the 30 foot broadcast range .
I can't listen to them. How do I know they will sound good?
If you're an audiophile, the specifications will speak for themselves. If you're not, we can honestly tell you that in the 7 years we have been selling these Rocks, we have NEVER had a complaint about the sound quality. In fact, many call us to tell us how great they sound!
How Do I Hook Them Up?
Each rock has a weather-proof terminal junction cup that makes hook up easy. Complete instructions are in the box. This water tight connection will make the Rock totally weatherproof.
How Soon Do You Ship?
Orders received before 3:00pm Pacific Time will generally ship the same day, otherwise will ship the next business day.
What Shipping Methods are Available?
For domestic orders, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Ground. For international orders, USPS Priority Mail.
Does UPS deliver on Saturday?
Normal UPS operation is Monday through Friday. If you wish to have your order delivered on Saturday, there will be additional fees. Please contact our office for further details.
I have a ______________ space , how many speakers do I need?
Speaker Quantity decision is based upon coverage space for exterior installation, some attention must be made to the landscaping and features of an exterior installation. Without knowing those conditions in advance, it would be difficult or impossible for our staff to offer any design specification or recommendations. Typically sound broadcast spread from the outdoor speaker is calculated between 30 – 60 ft
How do I remove the grills from the speakers?
Hold speaker in front of you with grill facing down, rotate locking toggles in the back counter clockwise to disengage, and push them down, and the grill will pop out. Be sure to reset the toggles before attempting to install the speaker in the ceiling or wall.
How do I control the volume independently for indoor vs. outdoor or different rooms?
OSD speaker selectors are useful when you want to connect more than two pair of speakers to a typical stereo receiver or amplifier, or when you want “on/off” speaker control from a single location. We also carry speaker selector with built in volume control.
Can I run my speaker wire along or near electrical lines?
No. This will cause interference and distortion. If you need to cross electrical lines, do so in a perpendicular fashion.
How do I determine which speakers I should purchase to match the wattage capacity of my existing audio equipment?
First, determine the wattage of your receiver or amplifier. The speakers you purchase should always have a wattage handling capacity equal to or greater than the wattage rating of your amp or receiver.
Why are there four different conductor wires in my speaker cable? What is each used for?
There are four different conductor wires to accommodate two speakers (one pair) with each run of cable. When connecting wires always use the red and white wires for the positive (+) connections and the black and green wires for the (-) connections as shown below.
Left Speaker Positive (+L) = White wire
Left Speaker Negative (-L) = Green wire
Right Speaker Positive (+R) = Red wire
Right Speaker Negative (-R) = Black wire
Does your company provide installation services for my speakers?
No. We recommend contacting a qualified local low voltage contractor such as a custom audio installer or security system installer.
What kind of speaker should I purchase for different size rooms?
One key deciding factor is the woofer size. Generally the larger the woofer, the bigger the bass output of your speaker. Therefore, use a larger speaker for a larger room.
Can I mount rectangular speakers in my ceiling or round speakers in my wall?
For most purposes, the round speakers are designed for use in ceiling installation as they disperse sound in a conical fashion, whereas rectangular speakers are designed for installation in-wall as they disperse sound in a linear fashion. While all speakers will function in either wall or ceiling, using them as they are designed will maximize performance and aesthetic appeal.
Can I control more than one pair of speakers with a single wall mount volume control?
Yes, the maximum number of speakers you can connect to a single volume control is 2 pairs.
Will my in-wall volume control fit in a standard pre-installed j-box?
Possibly, depending on the make and manufacturer of the j-box. In some cases, the back of the j-box may have to be removed to accommodate the depth of the volume control.
What happens when there are two sources sending an audio signal to your AMP200 or AMP300?
There are two input sources on these amps. The source 1 input will always be the primary input over source 2. If both source 1 and 2 inputs have audio feeding through, the amp will take the signal from source 1.
How are you able to sell wall mounts at cheaper prices, were others sell almost the same at much higher prices?
I’m talking about the TV wall mounts? At your prices it is too good to be true. Are these TV wall mounts strong enough to hold a 20inch flat screen and a 37 inch flat screen TV? Do the necessary tools come with the wall mounts to be able to hang the TV on the wall using the studs in the wall? Does it show how to drill into the studs in the wall to be able to hang the brackets on the wall to be able to hang your TV? I know I ask a lot of questions, but want to be sure of the product before I purchase it ok?
