Questions & Answers
This is a direct burial version call "Aqua Blue." Notice the bottom cap is blue color. This should not be confused with the non-burial "Aqua Red" version. The non-direct burial version is cheaper and can't be buried. They are only rated for weatherproof but not direct burial rated. Please go to manufacturer's web site www.kinginnovation.com to make sure you are purchasing the correct equipment for your outdoor use.

Answer:
Hi Anthony,

This connector is used as a quick disconnect. You just splice the two wires together and screw down the AquaBlue. Just unscrew and pull the conductors apart when you want to disconnect. The problem you will have is finding something that is meant for outdoor use like the AquaBlue.

Answer:
Anthony,
These connectors can be reused. The one thing to remember is the silicone inside will get depleated with each disconnection. You can replace the silcone with standard silcone caulk.
