For any products purchased during Nov 25 - Dec 31 will have till 1/31/2012 to return the products for exchange or full credit. Happy shopping! Damaged or Missing Items Policy You must notify us for any claims for missing or damaged items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases at Outdoor Speaker Depot. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you purchased, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days after you receive your purchase for a prompt refund of the purchase price of the item. RETURN INFORMATION All returns must require a return authorization number and have the paperwork included in the package. You must follow these guidelines. . You must email Customer Service at rma@outdoorspeakerdepot.com for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please download and print out this RMA/Warranty Form Download. Fill it out and include it in your return package. . Returned items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets. . Your return package should include the packing slip (or a copy) & RMA copy for your return. (Do not write anything on the box, please write on seperate paper.) . Wrap the package securely & mail it to the address listed below (also on your packing slip). For your protection, expensive items should be returned via an insured, trackable carrier. .
