Very well built, except the cable holders on each side. If you are running multiple HDMI cables there are to heavy for the holders, but its an easy fix with some black zip ties. Also once your TV is mounted it has a left to right adjustment so you can level the TV, its a pane to lock down if your running a larger size TV have someone help you out. Now bang for the buck this the best one I could find don't let those small things steer you away from this one, it feels very solid and looks great

Cons:
cable holders are to weak
angle adjustments are a two man job
