The Model WG100C WG Series
Ceiling Speaker Pair are 8-ohm, 100-watt, 2-way in-ceiling speakers. Each
speaker has a 6-1/2 inch Kevlar cone woofer with butyl rubber surround, a 1-inch
aluminum dome swivel tweeter, and a white aluminum grille. The unique WG Series
horn-shaped speaker baffle is designed for superior sound dispersion.
The speaker frequency
response is 50 Hz to 20 kHz. Two 3-position ±3 db switches allow customizing the
woofer and tweeter levels to best suit the installation. The swivel tweeter
permits pointing the tweeter toward the listening area to pinpoint the high
frequency sound.
The speakers mount using a
rubber-padded cam-lock system. The cam-lock tabs swing out behind the speaker
and tighten down to secure the speaker to the mounting surface. The Model MR6C
Ceiling Speaker Mounting Ring Pair is required to install these speakers.
High-quality, spring-loaded,
gold-plated speaker wire terminals assure good electrical connection. The grille
and frame can be painted if necessary.
