Features & Specifications

Experience an extended, more accurate bass with Gold Series Subwoofer Audio Cables from OSD Audio. Designed to handle the low frequencies produced by subwoofers, Gold Series Subwoofer Audio Cables provide deeper and tighter bass than ordinary audio cables, as well as freedom from interference for richer sound. Use of a solid-core conductor ensures the accuracy essential to delivering powerful bass, a vast improvement over a stranded-core conductor.

• Delivers a fuller, more extended bass response using a balanced, solid-core bass conductor
• Improves audio clarity and provides a more natural-sounding midrange with superior-grade, 99.99%-purity copper conductors
• Generates better high frequencies and a more realistic stereo image using precision-formulated, polyethylene dielectric material
• Creates precise contact and increased durability with a split-tip center pin and 6-cut, corrosion-resistant, 24k gold RCA connectors
• Provides maximum isolation from electromagnetic and radio frequency interference with double-shielded construction
• Isolates noise with 100%-coverage aluminum/Mylar foil shield
• Creates a second layer of protection with tinned, copper-braided shielding
• Eliminates the corrosion that is common in bare, copper-braided shielding

1 Question & 1 Answer
from Syracuse NY asked:

Why is this cable only 16AWG for 50foot yet the much shorter 1ft left and right rca audio cable is 14AWG?
1 Answer
Hi Frank: The Sub-woofer cable is 16 gauge so we can hit a price point. If you want 14 gauge you can do a 50' stereo pair and add a Male to two female Y Adapter. Connect the single male of the Y adapter to the AV Receiver output. Connect the stereo cable to the two female RCA connectors of the Y. Then plug in the stereo R and L to the corresponding inputs of the Powered Sub-woofer. That is all assuming that you your are using the sub-woofer connected to your AV Receiver Sub-woofer single mono output for Home Theater sound reinforcement. Go "Cuse" TL-2132
