Is there anyway to make this receiver Bluetooth capable? If not, is there another product with the same features that is Bluetooth capable? Also, is there a Bluetooth capable receiver that has an optical output for a TV?

There are a number of Bluetooth Receiver/Transmitter options that will connect with the PAM245 wghich basically is a Preamp Mixer. It is an analog connection from the Bluetooth Receiver to https://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-Transmitter-Receiver-Adapter-Headphone/dp/B07D1JJBJR/ref=sr_1_23?keywords=bluetooth%2Breceiver&qid=1684825095&sr=8-23&th=1. Checkout our NERO Stream XD which has wall mounting brackets to mount behind TV. It also features Fiber Optic Input, Integrated AMP/Preamp with Subwoofer output.
