Timothy Tarpey • 06/05/2021, 9:47:21 PM Just bought these the Bluetooth isn’t working great. It’s skipping a lot, I have incredible wifi so it’s not due to internet speed. I’m only 10-15 feet from main speaker so shouldn’t be a distance issue. I’m streaming from iPhone 11 Pro. Any suggestions or things to try?
    Customer Service • 06/10/2021, 7:11:33 PM
Hi Timothy: The Bluetooth has nothing to do with your internet speed. Try disconnecting your Wi-Fi on your phone and then sync up and play your Bluetooth and see if that makes a difference. You could even use an older phone to play Bluetooth. Or try connecting with an ALEXA device (set up as a Bluetooth Transmitter), which my wife uses to sync up with our BTP525 Bluetooth Patio Speakers. Good luck Tim L/6-10
Mike • 06/20/2021, 4:28:27 PM Can this pair with Sonos
    Customer Service • 06/22/2021, 12:02:27 PM
Hi Mike: I do not believe the SONOS mesh network will connect to a Bluetooth Receiver. The BTR805 will work with an ALEXA Echo Dot, set up as a Bluetooth Transmitter, and then sync up to the speakers. That is how my wife connects with a BTP525 kit. TimL/6-22
David Miller • 07/28/2021, 4:03:53 PM Can you put these speakers more than 10 ft apart? Thanks
    Customer Service • 08/01/2021, 2:28:02 AM
Hi David: Typically these are mounted in a landscape area. They are meant to be listened to as a stereo pair of speakers. The internal stereo amp connects the right channel to the speakers internally. The second speaker is connected using the two-conductor speaker wires from the left channel output from the internal stereo amplifier. The distance determines the distance from each other to the optimum listening area. Maybe these are dedicated to your Firepit, and the speaker will be 8 feet from the chairs around the pit. So the speakers need to be closer than 8 feet to have the best sound where the result from listening to the two speakers is the sound appears to be coming from the middle of the two speakers. You can not change the internal stereo amplifier to mono, where speaker placement would no longer be critical. TimL/7/31
Brett Chmura • 10/10/2021, 2:07:35 PM I have used the speakers a handful of times but not nothing will pair to them. Is there a way to check if this is a power cord / supply problem or Bluetooth problem? Plugged into a working house outlet and tried multiple different phones. Worked OK at a party, brought them home and now nothing
    Customer Service • 10/13/2021, 4:27:27 PM
Hi Brett: Did you unpair the speaker from the source at the party? When you plug in the BTR-805, do you hear a beep that lets you know the speakers are ready to be paired? If no signal, the power supply might be defective. If it does beep, The BTR-805 should show up as prepared to pair. TL/10-13-2021
Ronnie zubpvic • 11/20/2021, 1:59:31 PM My BTR805 8"inch outdoor rock speakers quick working. Bought it sometime during spring or early summer 2021. It sounded good all through summer outside then all of sudden started heating static on speakers then no sound at all. Please help. Like this model and I believe these had a 1year warrenty. I believe the transformer might have gone bad.
    Customer Service • 11/24/2021, 12:08:28 PM
Hi Ronnie: I suggest calling Customer Service at 562-697-2600 and asking about getting a replacement Power Supply. That is the place to start. Or you could contact us through the Help button on the bottom right of the Outdoorspeakerdepot.com website. That would open a case. The customer service staff monitors that daily. TimL/11/24/21
