A heavy-duty 350-Watt A/B two-channel dual source amplifier for use as a remote or single amplifier.

    • Ideal for powering whole-house audio system or dedicated home theaters
    • Equipped with 350 Watts per channel peak power, 470 watts Bridged Mono into 8 ohms
    • Dual source capable for greater listening flexibility
    • Clean, brushed metal front panel with a volume control, power on/off button and balance control
    • Protection circuitry safeguards the amp from a short circuit
    • Can be configured as bridged or stereo amp
A solid high-power amplifier does more than make the sound you love louder. A well-built power amp cleans up sound quality, improves bass response and delivers the right amount of power to efficiently drive multiple speakers in distributed audio system or home theater. Our AMP300 is a flagship amp that sells well for a reason. This 350-Watt A/B two-channel dual source amplifier is ideal for use as a remote amplifier to power your whole house audio system or as a single amp for a dedicated home theater or media room, and you won't find an amp with the same features that we pack in at such an affordable price. It is stable at 2 ohm load.

    Dual Source Switching
The AMP300 also includes dual source switching to connect two audio sources and toggle between them for greater listening flexibility. Automatic source switching switches between connected sources with a priority signal-sensing feature, so if a DVD player is connected to input 2, then you decide to stream a movie through a game console, when the console is turned on, the AMP300 automatically switches to that source. The AMP300 also includes a variable delay control that lets you adjust the amount of time needed to "listen" for a signal from your main input, between 3 and 15 seconds. This prevents gaps between music tracks from accidentally switching your inputs. This high power amplifier includes two RCA signal level inputs so with the addition of an RCA-to-mini stereo cable (sold separately), you can connect your smartphone or other device.

Plenty of Power for the Price
Pair our AMP300 with the power-hungry speakers, and the sound quality will transform your listening experience. Rated at 350 Watts per channel peak power (470 Watts Bridged Mono into 8 ohms), the AMP300 can be configured as bridged or stereo. In bridged mode, you can combine the left and right channels into one audio channel which bumps up the power to a whopping 470 Watts (8 ohms). When playing dual sources, switch to stereo mode which reduces the power to 350 Watts per channel. It is the only high current 2 ohm load stable amp in the market.

    Features
The AMP 300 also includes two sets of speaker outputs with front panel controls, auto-on signal sensing or 12-volt trigger, rear panel master level controls, dual line-level inputs with priority override switching and dual voltage of 110V/220V and auto signal sensing. This amp has a clean, brushed metal front panel with a volume control, power on and off button and a balance control knob to adjust the balance between the left and right channels and dial in just the right sound level mix. Special protection circuitry safeguards the amp from a short circuit.

John • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM I have in-ceiling and in-wall speakers connected in 6 zones / areas of the house. I would like to play music throughout the house from one source (connected via iPad or iPod). What set-up do I need? I do have Martin Logan speakers
    Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi John: Can you let us know how your current system is configured? Regarding your in-ceiling and in-wall speakers are they connected with a dedicated control system like a NUVO or Russound whole house audio system. Or is it connected using a speaker selector with volume controls in each room to control the impedance matching. You mentioned Martin Logans, is that your main speaker for listening and do you have additional speakers throughout for background music? The OSD AMP 300 is a High Current Amplifier that provides maximum flexibility for intregrating into a system while providing true audiophile sound quality. But please tell us more, I am intrigued by your teaser. TL
Charlie • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM Will this power an 8 zone, whole house audio system? I'm thinking of pairing this with an 8 zone selector to distribute the signal to the various zones. All comments are appreciated. Thanks.
    Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Charlie, The AMP300 would great for your eight zones, we do group the ISS8 and the AMP300 in our 8 zone mulit room audio kit, along with 8 volume controls -(SVC100) You can find that in our whole house audio section, then 'mutli-room' audio. CL
George Hughes • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM Would one of these amps power 13 pairs (12 zones) of speakers? This would be twenty two 8" speakers and four 10" speakers? We're putting a system into new construction and we're not sure exactly what we'll need to power it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. George H, Casper WY
    Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
George, We sell our AMP300 with our 8 zone kit (16 pairs) so with 13 pairs of speakers would be pushing it. I would suggest 2 AMP300's for your application. CL

Hi George: You should check out our Breathe Audio six zone control system that expands to 12 zones. You would have 12 control pads to control volume, bass and Treble plus be able to select between 6 independent sources for each zone. You would have the ability to add external amplifiers for those zones where you might want a little more power than 60 watts per zone. It would entail running Cat5 (network cable) to each key pad location for each zone. You would still home run all the speaker wires back to your control room where sources and Control amps would be located. All the key pads and control units are included in the system. You just have to add speakers, speaker wire and Cat5 network cable. Also if you decide to upgrade in the future almost every hard wired system utilizes network cable to the control Pads no matter how elaborate. Four of six zones of both the control module and expander unit have pre-amp options. TL
Dominic • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM I have an onkyo amp with a zone two. I have 8 outdoor speakers on 4 zones 2 speakers a zone. All of this runs through a zone selector. Will this power the 8 outdoor speakers through my zone selector? The speakers are atrium 45's 80 watt. Will this make them more loud than my current onkyo M-282? I am looking for more volum?
    Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Dominic, The amp added to your receiver will greatly increase the power each speaker is given. This will give you the volume you are looking for, yes. CL
