Kevlar is best component for woofer, it responds note for note without coloration and has big cranking power so you can dial up your system for higher listening levels. The contour switches will let you tailor frequency response to your room arrangement. You won't find yourself wishing for more or less treble, mid-range or bass output from one speaker just because you don't happen to sit right between them.

I bought a pair of these for our kitchen and I&039;m very impressed! Like most speakers these sound far better for on-axis listening but they sound pretty good outside the room also. I spent a little over $300 for a pair of these a volume control wall plate and wiring (only half of which I ended up using). That&039;s $200 less than just the Def Techs I was looking at so to say I&039;m pleased would be an understatement. Great company great service and great sound. Thank you!
