Introducing the BTP650 Wireless BT Patio Speaker Pair, the perfect addition to your deck or patio. These sleek and modern speakers are designed to withstand all weather conditions with an IP54 rating and are constructed with a water-resistant treated paper woofer and a 1" silk dome tweeter. With a power handling of 150W, you can enjoy powerful sound no matter the occasion.
The speakers feature Wireless BT Version 5.0 and are compatible with A2DP Standard, making it easy to connect to any Wireless BT-enabled device. The powder-coated rust-resistant aluminum grille and gold-plated spring-loaded binding posts add to the durability of the speakers, while the composite resin low resonator cabinet provides clear and crisp sound.
The set includes one main speaker and one pairing speaker, and comes with a full-motion bracket for easy installation. The power supply length is 3' 5" from plug to transformer and 15' 5" from transformer to speaker. The speakers are available in black or white and come with a 1-year warranty. Sold as a pair.
Helpful tips:
1) Determine the ideal location where the Patio Speakers are not exposed directly to the elements. Note: speakers typically should be placed between 8 to 12 feet apart for proper stereo separation.
2) The Master Patio Speaker needs to be located near an AC outlet where you can connect the Power Supply to the Master Speaker in order provide the electrical current needed for the Internal Stereo Power Amplifier and Wireless BT Receiver.
3) The Pairing speaker must be connected to the Master Speaker with the 10-foot Speaker Cable that is supplied with the kit. The length of the speaker cable can be cut down for an exact fit but should not be extended beyond 30 feet

Do the speakers always remain on when not in use? Or do you have to keep unplugging every day.

The BTP650 has an on/off switch on the back of the master speaker behind the protective cover. It is not really accessiable especially if you have the speakers mounted out of reach. I have recoommended adding an outdoor Smart AC plug that can be controlled by your smartphone. They come in single, double , or even triple versions where you can turn each outlet on/off or even schedule turn-on-turn-off. On utilize one to control my patio lights and christmas lights during the winter. These BTP650 are Bluetooth version 5.0. If you have a Android phone you should be able to sync up with two pair of BTP650. If you have iPhone you will be able to sync with two pair but only play one at a time (since they are not Apple branded products). But technically it is a closed system. Checkout our BOM4.1.2 which offers many more options.

The embedded video says in the box, the power wire is 8ft. In the description it says "The power supply length is 3' 5" from plug to transformer and 15' 5" from transformer to speaker. please confimr these dimensions.
I assume the entire length from plug through transformer to the connector for the powered speaker is 18.5 ft please confirm total power wire length. also please confirm the length of the power wire out of the bck of the speaker. The are critical to my project. thank you.

1 foot dongle with waterproof plug from the back of the speaker, 15.5 ft. from the plug to Transformer Block. Then 3.5 ft. to the AC outlet.

I am planning on attaching the transformer to the eve of the roof, along with the speakers. What I need to know is the length of the power cord from the transformer. I need a good 10 feet or more. Any suggestions if it’s too short?

The power cord features 3.5' from an AC outlet to the Transformer Block and another 15.5 feet to the waterproof Connector hanging a foot from the back of the speaker. So there should be no problem with your application.
