The set includes one main speaker and one pairing speaker, and comes with a full-motion bracket for easy installation. The power supply length is 3' 5" from plug to transformer and 15' 5" from transformer to speaker. The speakers are available in black or white and come with a 1-year warranty. Sold as a pair.
Helpful tips:
1) Determine the ideal location where the Patio Speakers are not exposed directly to the elements. Note: speakers typically should be placed between 8 to 12 feet apart for proper stereo separation.
2) The Master Patio Speaker needs to be located near an AC outlet where you can connect the Power Supply to the Master Speaker in order provide the electrical current needed for the Internal Stereo Power Amplifier and Bluetooth Receiver.
3) The Pairing speaker must be connected to the Master Speaker with the 10-foot Speaker Cable that is supplied with the kit. The length of the speaker cable can be cut down for an exact fit but should not be extended beyond 30 feet

Could you connect a subwoofer while also playing?
Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi Eric,
These speakers are exclusive to the device that is connected to them. You can only run one set off any given device. Bluetooth doesn't allow multiple speakers per device.

Could I buy multiple speakers that connect to one device. For example buying 6 speakers and all 6 are playing the same song on my bluetooth device.
Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Eric,
Only one set of speakers per device. So if you had an iPhone, it would be able to connect to one set of these BTP-650s, but you would not be able to run a 2nd set off that same iPhone.

I installed the speakers at a redo of a customers patio. Sound is great. The problem I'm having is that once I disconnect from the Bluetooth on my Samsung phone, it will not reconnect. It will reconnect if I turn the switch off on the speaker and back on, as if it needed to be rebooted. They are mounted about 8 feet of the ground, so out of reach. I have not tried to boot to any other devise. What am I doing wrong? Leon

Hi Leon,
So they work when you are in range, but when you leave out of range and return, they no longer play? Does it say you are not connected or does it say you are connected but still not playing? Are you connecting to any other Bluetooth device when you are leaving the area? Like a Bluetooth headset or anything?

What is the amplification wattage of the speaker?
Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi Kyle,
The internal amp in the master speaker is a 100w amp, so it pushes 50w per channel max and about 30w per channel rms.
Brian • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
The website indicates the speaker can be used in all weather conditions. However, the manual indicates to avoid exposing them to the elements. Do I need to have the speakers and cords covered?
Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi Brian,
With patio style speakers, they aren't as sealed up as rock speakers, so there's more of a possibility that a lot of water contact can wear away at the paint on the grills/brackets and cause rusting. It's best to keep them under an eave if possible, but it's not required. The speakers are built with weather resistant materials so moisture, some rain contact and hot/cold temperatures isn't going to hurt them.
