Helpful tips:
1) Determine the ideal location where the Patio Speakers are not exposed directly to the elements. Note: speakers typically should be placed between 8 to 12 feet apart for proper stereo separation.
2) The Master Patio Speaker needs to be located near an AC outlet where you can connect the Power Supply to the Master Speaker in order provide the electrical current needed for the Internal Stereo Power Amplifier and Bluetooth Receiver.
3) The Pairing speaker must be connected to the Master Speaker with the 10-foot Speaker Cable that is supplied with the kit. The length of the speaker cable can be cut down for an exact fit but should not be extended beyond 30 feet

Is there a way to link 2 pairs of these together to run off of one source?
Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi Greg:
Unfortunately these speakers have only a single Bluetooth Receiver in the Main Speaker which sends your stereo signal to the internal stereo amplifier. It only has single stereo output, one channel to the internal speaker and a second single channel output which is hard wired connection between the main speaker and second or satellite speaker. The main speaker is connected to AC power and has a speaker output to connect the satellite speaker using the speaker wire supplied with the kit. None of our current Bluetooth Speakers can be combined. There is some new technology we are working on which may provide a repeater in the main speaker to send out an additional signal to another pair but there are issues with latency (delay) with a second pair. Stay tuned.

Do Have Too Have a Master Receiver with a Bluetooth feature in order to make these Work!! Cause I would Want these to Sync with My Smart Tv Other Blue devices as well!!!
Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi Mack:
There is a Master Bluetooth Receiver and Stereo Amplifier found in the Master or Sync Speaker. It syncs up with any Bluetooth enabled device you can throw at it. The Master Speaker comes with an external AC Power Supply to provide power for both the Bluetooth Speaker and internal Power Amplifier. There is also speaker wire supplied to connect the Master Speaker to the Passive Satellite Speaker for true stereo separation. It is recommended to place the speakers between 8 to 12 feet apart. There is plenty of wire supplied just in case you need to be creative where you run the wire between the two speakers. Note when you are using multiple devices you have to make sure you disconnect one Bluetooth enable device before you try to connect your second device.
Good choice

Hi there Can these Speakers be hooked on my Desktop with the Bluetooth?
Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi Richard:
If your computer has Bluetooth built in and you can scan for available Bluetooth devices it should be able to work. The Desktop would be the same as any Bluetooth device either Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop or Desktop. Typically Desktop and Laptop computer feature a Bluetooth Transmitter to communicate with a Bluetooth enabled Printer. Just make sure you can search for available devices. If you have any other mobile Bluetooth speakers that you can test it with first might help as well.

How long is the power cord?
Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
HI Bob:
The Power cord features a 6 ft cable from the AC wall plug to a removable plug in to the Power Supply than 15 foot to the BTP-650. You can buy a longer AC cord from the Power Supply to the wall if you need additional length.

sandman • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
how to pair these speakers with Bluetooth amplifiers neither has choice to select a pairing ?
Customer Service • 12/17/2019, 2:17:43 PM
Hi Sandman:
Most Amplifiers or Receivers equipped with Bluetooth only have a built in Bluetooth Receiver not a Transmitter like your Bluetooth enabled device typically a Smartphone or Tablet. Your Amplifier may be just like our all of our Bluetooth Speakers which are Bluetooth Receivers only. Our speakers send out a pairing signal once the speaker is manually switched on. What Bluetooth Amplifier are you using and did you check their owner's manual on Pairing with Bluetooth enabled devices?
