I'll be installing 5 sets of speakers and need a terminal decoration wall plate to hook up the speakers

Hi Mike:
The Terminal plate you selected will connect to three pair (or sets) of speakers. You can add a WP8 to terminate the additional two pairs of speakers. You can probably use a three gang plate with Decora openings and combine all three inserts in a triple gang box.That is if you are referring to five pairs of speakers when you call them five sets. If you referring to five each then the WP12 will work with one extra set of +/- connections.

Are these connectors deep enough to receive banana plugs from both sides?

Yes our wall plates can receive banana plugs on both sides of the terminal. It is also possible to connect more banana plugs into the back of others if needed.

Hi Brent,
The wall plate you would want would need 2X terminals for how many speakers you have. So total you would need at least 8 terminals for 4 speakers.
