Mark Rowe • 04/25/2021, 12:19:18 PM Hi there. Will the Nero Stream XD be a good match for Jamo I/O 5 outdoor speakers? Also, I have Sonos throughout my house and would like for these speakers to connect. I have a Sonos Connect (not the amp) and am hoping I can connect via optical or RCA to then be able to link the Nero/Jamo combo to the rest of my Sonos system. Thx!!
    Customer Service • 04/29/2021, 12:53:04 PM
Hi Mark: The NERO Stream XD would be the perfect choice for the JAMO 5.25" 2-way speakers. And no problem connecting the SONOS connect using a Fiber Optic cable. It would have to connect using RCA if you were using the SONOS Port RCA line-level outputs. They do not have optical fiber. TimL/4-29
Brandon Patsos • 01/27/2023, 5:04:31 PM Hello, Will this pair with your Bluetooth sub? I want to have two wired outdoor speakers running to this unit, but would the bass connect to it with Bluetooth or should I hook the bass up to this unit with a wired method? Thanks!
    Customer Service • 03/21/2023, 5:52:31 PM
The NERO Stream XD has no Internal Bluetooth Transmitter, only a Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Receiver. A nice Bundle for the outdoor Bass is the SMP200 and a FORZA10, both 4-ohm matched. TimL/3-23
Joshua Brumback • 02/17/2023, 11:41:40 PM I'm looking to run surrounds for my home theater. Is there a transmitter i can hook up to my AV processor? The Dynasty ProAudio only offers a 50wx2 option and that's at 4 ohms. I'm guessing the standard 8 ohms would be half that, so it's kept me searching
    Customer Service • 03/21/2023, 4:01:33 PM
We have the identical unit as the Dynasty ProAudio and a Transmitter/Receiver combo. Our OSD WSK-Sub has RCA inputs on the transmitter and Dual RCA output (left & right). The Dynasty ProAudio and our NERO-WRSKII have Preamp and speaker-level inputs but only speaker-level outputs. So it depends on your AVR options. Either Dedicated processed speaker level surround channels or RCA pre-amp. Our WSK Sub features RCA inputs on the transmitter and RCA outputs on the Reciever. You can add a bigger external amp like our XMP100 or AMP300. TimL/3-23
Chad • 03/19/2023, 5:58:46 PM Does the app offer any equalization features? Mu current setup doesn’t allow for this and I’d like the ability as part of an upgrade.
    Customer Service • 03/22/2023, 12:08:24 PM
Neither of the NERO Streams XD and XD2 have seperate Bass and Treble control. The NERO Stream WRA does have Bass and Treble controls. The OSD Player App that controls these streamers as well as the SRT1 and SRT4 does not currently have Bass and Treble controls. TimL/3-23
Peter • 11/15/2023, 1:59:19 PM I see it supports Airplay, but is that Airplay 1 or 2?
    Customer Service • 01/10/2024, 5:42:29 PM
Hi Peter: Airplay 1, both for our current NERO XD and the new NERO Stream XD1 Gen2 connect with AirPlay 1 only. The original XD model has been discontinued. The new version XD Gen2 and XD2 Gen2) will be out in the Second Quarter of 2024. TL
