hello I still dont know hwat tu buy the OM-SUB200 or the OM-SUB300 can you help with a guide? thank you

Answer:
Alejandro,
The OM Sub300 is definetly the larger, louder of the two- It's gonna give you deeper bass. The neat thing about the OM-SUB200 is that it has a built in full range crossover meant to be used with a full range receiver or amp. This would enable you to go from your amp to the OM-Sub200 and then out to a pair of satellite speakers if desired, making a "sub-sat.' system. I hope that helps. hello how as the perfomance. does it produce good and deep bass? do you feel like in club for the sound but out door?
By Customer Service - Q&A on November 25, 2011
Answer:
This Subwoofer will produce excellent Bass. Our OSD MI3 Subwoofer Amplifier is a perfect match delivering a true 250 watts. Like any Subwoofer placement is critical so before burying the cable try the speaker in different loactions until you find the most output. As far as duplicating a club setting that may be a stretch with so much open space but it will definetly make a huge difference with your system once you find the best loaction.
Note: we also supply the CL3 direct burial cable, 14 gauge would be the optimum.

I have a Rx-v592 Yamaha with a sub woofer out put which sub should I purchase and do I need a cable for the sub?
By Customer Service - Q&A on February 17, 2012
Answer:
Hi Paul,
Is this for an outdoor setup? If you went with the omsub300, you could use the sub out on your receiver. However, keep in mind that this is not powered so you would need a sub amp such as the SMP250. Alternatively, the omsub200 has a built-in crossover so you could run it from the speaker output, either A or B without the need of an additional sub amp. This sub is great for what we call a sub-sat system. You would actually hook up the sub directly to the receiver and then your speaker pair directly from the omsub200. This is optimal for the speakers because it lets the omsub200 take care of all the low frequencies, so it can focus on the highs and mids. I hope that helps! I,m going with the four os790 and the sub with the crossover. What type of wire do I need? Does this setup come with a wiring instruction. I have 12/2 landscape 12 volt , two 100 foot rolls.By Jamie from Minnesota on March 1, 2012
I have an 11 year old DTR7 Integra receiver. I believe it is 7.1 – 100W/ch with the “Bs” taking the place of surround speakers when used. Will the sub300 work using the surround speaker jacks or maybe the B jacks? I plan to use 14 gauge high thread count wire for my outdoor system. Will that be adequate power? Could it damage my receiver? I also want to use your volume controls. I assume that I will need one for the full range speakers and one for the subwoofer. Thank you.

Answer:
Jamie,
You would need a sub amp like our SMP250 to power the Om-Sub300. For volume controls I would recommend the OVC300.
