I'm looking to add speakers to my EMS Station's expanded section. I'm looking to tie a set of speakers into a Motorola Radius CM 200 with 13.8 regulated output and 11Amp continuous. Will these speakers appropriate? Also, which of your Amplifiers would you suggest?

Hello,
These speakers have 4" woofers so they're by far not the most powerful or bass-oriented speakers we carry. They're mainly for easy listening and background music. They can be powered by our AMP60 or AMP120.

Hi RC,
Yes that amp would work with these AP450's. I would not suggest doing more than 1 pair though. The amp has a decent amount of power for just 1 pair.

Hi I am looking to purchase these and the Ap840's for my back yard. I noticed that it says they are "weather resistant" and to install them under the eaves troughs, which I plan to do, however they will be on the side of the house that receives the most rain. will these (AP450's and AP840's) be ok and last along time when they are hit with heavy down pours every so often throughout the summer? they will be taken down during the winter months.

These should work fine in your application, you typically would be aiming the speakers downward and the ports on these AP840 are extra long making it harder for water to get in. The AP450 is sealed and not as much a concern. And its smart to plan on bringing the speakers in for the winter.

Can i use this speakers for a 5.1 indoor set up.

Hi Samson,
Yes, however it is a very small set of speakers. I would recommend going with the AP650 or at least the AP525. These two models are higher definition and have more bass response.
