These have been OUT OF STOCK for quite a while, I've been waiting but might have to shop elsewhere. When can we expect them to be in stock?

Hi Lane: I am pretty sure the 8" square speaker has been discontinued. I believe we have re ordered the 6.5" but not the 8". We do have other square options for a round in-ceiling speaker in our OSD Audio Black series speakers. Its a newer trim-less design. You will need to contact customer service for pricing and availability. TL/4589

Hi Rocco, We do have weather-resistant outdoor recessed speakers. They are ideally used for ceilings rather than walls, but you may be able to use in-wall as well. They are round. Check out the ICE600WRS

The 5.25 and 6.25 square speakers have a cutout which is about 1" less than than outside rim, which provides about 1/2 inch of buffer on each side. The 10" speakers show the cut is less than 1/2" smaller than the outside rim, which would leave less than a 1/4" buffer on each side. For the 10" speaker, are the cutoff and outside dimensions shown correctly?

Hi Kerry, Looks like there is an error on the website spec. The actual cutout size is approximately 8 5/8", but the box will read 8 3/4" which is slightly exaggerated to be safe. It is definitely not 9 5/16". Thank you for bringing this to our attention! -BM 2491

Could these speakers be installed in a patio (under cover/eaves)? I'm in Texas, so moisture and cold weather aren't a major concern. However, the heat is pretty bad in the summer.

Dear Anthony, Yes the grills do come off so you can spray paint them. The cut out template included doubles as a paint shield, when placed behind the grill to protect the woofer and components- so you can paint both the frame and grill CL
